Where to start with Jagdeep - simply incredible doesn't do justice to the level of work, dedication, and patience he so kindly exhibited throughout our over year-long experience to purchase our first home. My fiancé and I went into the first-time home-buying journey with apprehension and nerves - understandable given the market we faced. Jagdeep's constant support, expert knowledge, advice, and guidance immediately put us at ease. Driving back and forth from Brampton to Toronto to tour homes with us at the drop of a hat is only the start. He responded quickly to all communications, and his work ethic was impeccable. Never once did Jagdeep pressure us to settle on something. He respected our budget, taught us what to look for during property visits, outlined the pros and cons of each listing, and gave us insight into any red flags he felt were a potential issue. During the offer phase and stressful back-and-forth negotiation process with selling agents, Jagdeep went to bat for us and kept us cool, calm, and collected. When we finally purchased our condo, Jagdeep was there every step of the way. During our multiple property checks, he was there with us to test appliances and outlets, look for any defects, etc. Closing was smooth and seamless. He went the extra mile all the time - even the little touch of a gift made our closing day that much more special. Not only have I recommended Jagdeep to friends in similar positions as myself, but my fiancé and I will, without a doubt, continue to work with Jagdeep as long as he's a realtor! While I cannot speak about a seller's experience, I can only imagine he would excel at that. He was patient with the search process that saw us travelling long distances out of town to find the perfect home. We saw many homes over several months and he was quick to point out why a property may not be the best fit for us. His honesty and professionalism demonstrated his genuine interest in ensuring we found the right property, rather than self-interest in making a quick sale.
